A Feltham man has been forced to pay almost £1,500 after he dumped waste wood and foliage at the side of a 27-year-old Andrei Sandu, of Letchworth Gardens, Feltham, worked with a friend to cutting down an unwanted tree in his garden. Rather than disposing of it in a household recycling centre, Mr Sandu drove to the fly-tipping hotspot of Billet Lane in Iver and dumped the waste on the roadside. He was captured in the act by anti-fly tipping surveillance, which traced him via his van s registration. He admitted dumping the tree, and went on to plead guilty at his court appearance before Wycombe Magistrates on December 2020 3.
