Paradise Gardens Apartment Homes, a 318 multifamily community in Long Beach and Towne Centre at Orange, with 135 units in Orange, California. Both joined The REMM Group on January 1st.
The REMM Group adds Paradise Gardens and Towne Center of Orange Apartment Homes to their management portfolio. The 453 apartments were added on January 1, 2021. Paradise Gardens has 318 of the units in Long Beach. Towne Centre in Orange has 135 units. The REMM Group is a third-party Southern California Property Management Company.
