Pride of K C Sivasankaran Artist of Indian comic book Chandamama and Ambulimama SHARE The last of the living artists of comic book CHANDAMAMA, Shri KC SIVASANKAR, breathed his last on 29th September 2020, in Chennai. He was 97. Karatholuvu Chandrasekaran Sivasankaran (otherwise called KC Sivasankaran, Artist Sankar), (19 July 1924 – 29 September 2020) was an Indian craftsman who principally added to the Indian Language magazine, Chandamama (otherwise called Ambulimama). Sankar was the craftsman behind the mark painting of the Vikram and Vetala arrangement, included in Chandamama. He was the last enduring individual from the first Chandamama configuration group. The notable artistic creation, alongside his exchange mark signature that he was perceived by, was attracted to the 1960s. Sankaran learned at Muthialpet High School when the drawing instructor found his inborn ability.

Arctic Securities buys Oslo office building for €210m following renovation

The 25,500sqm Telegrafen building was sold by Tristan Capital’s EPISO 4 opportunity fund after completing a renovation project. Tristan Capital said it was one of the largest single real estate transactions in Norway. The historic Telegrafen Building was acquired in 2016 by the EPISO 4 fund with co-investment from the Malling and Vedal families. Following the acquisiton, the building underwent extensive renovation work to create modern grade-A office space in central Oslo, with food and beverage offerings on the ground floor.

Palaniswami on December 14 signed 18 MoUs entailing investments to the tune of ₹19,995 crore with an employment potential for 26,509 persons. One of the primary investors, the State has managed to attract in the time of the global COVID-19 pandemic is Ola Electric Mobility, which will set up an electric two wheeler manufacturing unit in Hosur with an investment of ₹2,354 crore. Once operational it will generate employment for an estimated 2,182 persons. An MoU regarding this was signed between Bhavish Aggarwal, chairman and group CEO of Ola and Mr. Palaniswami in Chennai.
