Retail Major commercial real estate player Collier International stated online retail sales in the eight months to August 2020 had surged by more than 80 per cent. It explained this had translated into retailers looking for warehouse spaces to fulfil orders. Explore Property commercial director Jordan Millers said there had been good demand in the Mackay area over the past 12 months from bulky goods retailers looking for well-exposed properties. There s a couple of new players, Mr Miller said.
