Bump ‘N Grind Coffee Shop is Coming to the Silver Spring Library
Bump ‘n Grind, “a specialty coffee shop/record store dedicated to and inspired by coffee, music and community,” will be opening at the Silver Spring library this Saturday.
Previously, the coffee shop was located less than a mile away on East-West Highway in Silver Spring.
A post from the company’s Twitter account read, “Hey Silver Spring! We passed our inspection and will see you at the library Saturday.”

Kefa Café previously occupied the space in the library until they closed and moved to a new location last year.

Seven more library branches are scheduled to open June 14, after half a dozen open June 1.

Seven more public libraries scattered across the county will reopen in mid-June, after county officials announced earlier this month that six branches would reopen June 1.
In a news release, Montgomery County Public Libraries announced the following branches would reopen June 14:
Aspen Hill Library, 4407 Aspen Hill Road, Rockville
Damascus Library, 9701 Main Street, Damascus
Davis Library, 6400 Democracy Blvd., Bethesda
Little Falls Library, 5501 Massachusetts Ave., Bethesda
Long Branch Library, 8800 Garland Ave., Silver Spring
Potomac Library, 10101 Glenolden Drive, Potomac
