On Sunday, May 26, H&H Classics will sell Princess Margaret’s 1980 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith II at an auction in Cambridgeshire, England. The late royal owned the car for 22 years and used it to attend official events and also lent it to visiting dignitaries, other royals, and friends, including Ronald Reagan, the Queen Mother, and Lady Diana Spencer (before she married Charles). Its final voyage in her service was made when her family rode in it to her funeral in 2002.

The car has 48,000 original miles and comes with numerous features requested by the princess, such as low-positioned rear seats (she stood 5’1” tall), unique piping on the upholstery that would not touch her head or neck, and matte-black interior features that lessened the reflection of paparazzi flashbulbs. The 1980s Silver Wraith II, which was owned by the royal for 22 years is estimated to sell for £45,000 - £55,000 with H&H Classics at IWM Duxford on 26th May.
It s the longest serving Rolls-Royce of the Princess and has seen many high calibre clients sit in the passenger seat, including Princess Diana, The Queen, Queen Mary, The Queen Mother, and Ronald and Nancy Reagan.
