Photo by Paul Morden /The Observer Article content The Lambton Kent District school board has reached an agreement with an unnamed buyer for the former Sarnia Collegiate Institute and Technical school (SCITS) property on Wellington Street in Sarnia. The former high school building that dates back to 1922 went up for sale earlier this year, with bids accepted until March 19.
