(WALB) - The South Georgia Technical College Lady Jets turned a narrow three-point first-half lead into a rousing 87 â 59 victory over the NJCAA Region 10 champion Spartanburg Methodist Lady Pioneers in the Hangar Saturday to earn their fifth consecutive trip to the NJCAA Division I womenâs national basketball tournament in Lubbock, Texas April 19th â 24th.

(WALB) - The South Georgia Technical College Lady Jets remained in 4th place in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I womenâs basketball national standings released February 8th, 2021. The Lady Jets, who are currently 9 â 0 on the season, also had six individual members to be singled out in the individual rankings and one member of the Jets earned national honors in the Division I rankings.

(WALB) - Four South Georgia Technical College Jets scored in double-digits on the road to lead their team to a 74 â 60 upset victory over the 17th nationally-ranked Central Georgia Technical College Titans, who are also the three-time defending Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association conference champions. And just prior to the Jets big win, the Lady Jets took care of business to move to 9 â 0 overall and 4 â 0 in the conference with a 76 - 69 win over the Central Georgia Tech Lady Titans in Americus.
