Head of the Venezuelan Diplomatic Mission, Mr. Francisco Perez Santana, in his  opening remarks registered his country’s condemnation of the assassination of Haiti’s President, Jovenel Moïse, calling that country’s history, one of the transcendental and important reference points for the revolution that existed in our Americas.”
