12:52 p.m. A caller from a business on Manion Canyon Road reported an ongoing issue with a home owner screaming at their delivery drivers and driving erratically when the their trucks are in the area, almost causing collisions. The home owner also called, informing that they had repeatedly called the company to complain about their delivery drivers’ speed. Advice was provided to both parties.
1:22 p.m. A caller from Jackass Flats Road, near Tyler Foote Crossing Road, reported a vehicle traveling over 100 miles per hour.
1:38 p.m. A caller from Highway 49, near Alta Sierra Drive, reported a vehicle unable to maintain lanes and varying speeds.

Strategic issues
Every two years, the City Council reserves time for study and ideation around emerging, critical issues facing Woodbury. Council identifies two or three urgent, high priority focus areas. Staff then designates an implementation team with a clearly identified team leader and reports to Council at least once a year on outcomes or as dictated by the initiative timeline. The strategic issues for the 2019-2021 cycle are:

The lanes reopened just after 6 a.m.
No one was hurt in the crash, which occurred about 1:35 a.m. near the interchange of I-94 and County Road 19, a dispatcher for the Minnesota Department of Transportation s Regional Transportation Management Center said.
Drivers were directed up the off-ramps at Woodbury Drive, also known as County Road 19, and back onto the freeway using the on-ramp while the lanes were blocked, MnDOT said.
