After a string of successful presidential elections, Florida is no longer the laughingstock of Americaâs voting systems, a status earned in 2000. By filing a brief with the Supreme Court supporting a Texas lawsuit to invalidate the election results in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has officially joined the ranks of the charade parade.
