His freakish all-round ability combined with his potential to dominate his event has created a buzz around Holloway usually only reserved for athletes who go on to become superstars of the sport.

Holloway, the 110 meters hurdles world champion, won the race at the Villa de Madrid by 0.22 seconds, extending his victory streak in indoor sprint hurdles to 54 races. World indoor champion Andrew Pozzi of Britain finished second in a time of 7.51 seconds.
