Pat s Rib Place to bring southern cuisine to Milwaukee Public Market
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) The Milwaukee Public Market recently announced Pat s Rib Place will join its list of locally-owned vendors.
Officials say the addition is the second location for the Black-owned business. The southern BBQ restaurant currently operates a location on Sunset Drive in Waukesha.
Pat s will target a summer opening at the Milwaukee Public Market, providing their signature smoked barbecue ribs, chicken wings, beef brisket, and sauces, according to a news release.
