“We’ll probably get 80-90 per cent coverage,” Chriss told council. “In Year 2, we’ll try to figure out where there isn’t coverage and to eliminate the shadows and get coverage to 100 per cent of the municipality. We’re here for the long run, so we’re not going anywhere.”
