For the purposes of this Plan, the following terms shall have the following meanings: a. Vidal Corp. has signed a five-year lease on an Otay Mesa industrial building.
The cross-border logistics company has leased a 31,360 square-foot building at 8175 Andrews Ave. in Majestic Sunroad Center.
Mark Lewkowitz, Chis Holder, and Will Holder of Colliers International San Diego represented Vidal Corp and Majestic Realty Co., the owner of the building.
