Plans for 7-story building near new courthouse move forward with smaller footprint for proposed grocery store Updated Mar 08, 2021; Facebook Share Plans for a seven-story building in Harrisburg near the new Federal Courthouse building are moving forward but with a smaller footprint for a planned grocery store.
