A sixth Walmart Health clinic is in review for Northeast Florida.
Plans show the city is reviewing a permit application for construction of a 6,510-square-foot clinic within the 203,658-square-foot Walmart Supercenter at 12100 Lem Turner Road at a cost of $350,000.
Walmart Real Estate Business Trust is listed as the owner of the property, which is near Interstate 295 in Northwest Jacksonville.
No contractor is listed. Massa Multimedia Architecture of Neptune, New Jersey, is shown as the architect.
Property records show Walmart built the store in 1994.
Bentonville, Arkansas-based Walmart wants to open seven health clinics in Northeast Florida.
The city recently issued a permit for construction of the first in Duval County.

Norwich The city’s grand list of taxable property increased by 1.2% as of Oct. 1, 2020 over the previous year, boosted by solid increases in motor vehicle and personal property values, city Assessor Donna Ralston reported to the city manager Friday.
The overall net grand list increased by $24.3 million to a total of $2.045 billion after exempt properties were removed. Ralston reported there was a decrease in total property exemptions of $4.2 million.
Real estate property values totaled $661.69 million, a slight increase of $4.7 million, or 0.28%. But motor vehicle values increased by 4.5% to a total of $210.4 million, and personal property values jumped by $10.5 million, or 6.5%, to a total of $173.3 million.
