Warwick Capital Partners LLP will serve as a development financing partner through its targeted investment vehicle Warwick Carbon Solutions. NET Power continues to lead the commercialization of the Allam-Fetvedt power cycle technology that was invented by 8 Rivers and will be deployed at Broadwing.

First Ever Net-Zero Natural Gas Power Plants Proposed for Colorado, Illinois Investment firm 8 Rivers Capital LLC has unveiled plans to build what could be the first pair of net-zero natural gas-fired power plants in the world. One facility would be in Decatur, IL, with a second on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation in Colorado. Each would generate 280 MW. The announcements follow plans by utilities, cities and states to lower their carbon footprints in a bid to combat climate change.  8 Rivers Principal Adam Goff said the Coyote Clean Power Project in Colorado would market power to a number of different municipalities and other entities on and off the reservation.

8 Rivers Unveils 560 MW of Allam Cycle Gas-Fired Projects for Colorado, Illinois 8 Rivers Capital, inventor of a novel supercritical carbon dioxide (CO 2) cycle, plans to begin operating a 280-MW NET Power natural gas–fired plant within the Southern Ute Indian Reservation in southwest Colorado by 2025. The company on April 15 also said it will team with agricultural and processing firm Archer-Daniels-Midlands Co. (ADM) to locate a 280-MW NET Power facility in Decatur, Illinois.  The proposed projects are a giant leap forward for Durham, North Carolina- headquartered venture capitalist firm 8 Rivers, and NET Power, a firm it holds jointly with industry backers that is working to commercialize the Allam Cycle.
