Clean water to be made available for those reopening Share Updated: 6:10 PM CST Mar 1, 2021 The city of Jackson is continuing to work to restore water pressure to city residents so schools, businesses and homes can go back to normal operation.The Jackson Public School District said 19 schools now have adequate water pressure and will be able to return to in-person learning on Tuesday, March 2. Full list of closingsJackson Public Schools will be all virtual Feb. 22 due to low or no water pressure and power outages across the city of Jackson.The school states that their Child Nutrition On The Go team is expected to prepare meals and deliver them throughout the city at the normal times and drop off locations.
