VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - One person has died and another was left with serious injuries following a crash on Princess Anne Road Tuesday evening.
Virginia Beach Police are currently on the scene of a two-vehicle crash in the 400 block of Princess Anne Road.
Two people were taken to local hospitals for treatment for their injuries, which were said to be serious.
Police say one of the victims, a woman, has died from her injuries.
Princess Anne Road will be closed between Fitztown Road and Back Bay Landing Road for several hours. ....

A woman died after losing control of her motorcycle in Virginia Beach Sunday afternoon, police said in a news release.
It happened at 3:35 p.m. in the 400 block of Princess Anne Road, near the North Carolina border, the release said.
Dispatchers received a report of a motorcycle crash. The woman riding the motorcycle was taken to a local hospital, where she later died.
Police said that based on their preliminary investigation, the woman was travelling north on Princess Anne Road when she lost control of the vehicle on a curve in the road. ....
