Bill Wall of the award-winning Bone Daddy s BBQ in Midland, Michigan, serves a Man-Eating Catfish dinner on Fridays during Lent. He coats a Cajun panko crust on fresh, never frozen catfish from Arkansas. He says it s about 1 pound of fish. You can get it as a basket or sandwich.
