La intersección de Tony Lama Street y Merchant Avenue se cerró para proteger al público viajero y permitir la reparación de un sumidero que se desarrolló en la carretera durante la tormenta. McRae Boulevard de Sims Drive y Acer Avenue también se cerró debido a daños climáticos. Ambos cierres de carreteras permanecerán en vigor hasta nuevo aviso.

Briefs: Palace Theatre taking summer camp registrations Marion Star Palace taking summer camp registrations MARION - The Palace Academy of the Arts, a performing arts program of the Marion Palace Theatre, has announced the return of its popular “Set the Stage” theatre camp, which runs July 19-July 23 and July 26-July 30. Registration deadline is one week before the first class.  Designed for ages 7 to 15 years, this five-day camp experience gives campers the opportunity to develop their performance skills, express their creativity, and have fun while making new friends. The theme for “Set the Stage” this summer is CAMP TV. Each day of the camp week will focus on a different well known TV genre. Students and instructors are encouraged to come dressed as favorite characters or stars according to the theme of the day.
