Commended groundwork toward Portrait of a Graduate
Tudor commended the groundwork already laid by the district in developing the Portrait of a Graduate, encompassing what expectations the district should have for its graduates, including not just academic achievement, but also soft skills and resiliency.
Tudor grew up in Winchester, Indiana, a town he said reminds him of Doylestown. His wife, Rachel, is from Stark County.
They will be relocating their family, which includes four children Lily, 12; Clay, 10; and twins Will and Adelyn, 8 to Wooster, hopefully in time for them to start the new school year, he said.
Revere Local a good match for Superintendent Tefs
“This has been a great place,” Tefs said, calling Wooster special and describing his colleagues as family. It s a lifestyle.
Tefs said he appreciates the challenge of his new position at Revere and is humbled and honored to accept it. It s another wonderful school system in a beautiful community, he said, giving him an opportunity to grow the excellence there. It seems to match well with my leadership style.
Board member Michael Knapic commended Tefs in an email for his accomplishments and steady leadership in the Wooster district.
“As we turn to finding a new superintendent, the task will be daunting to find someone who can provide similar leadership,” Knapic said. “This is especially true in light of the fact that the district will also have a new treasurer. However, I think the district and the board are up to the task of the challenging times ahead.”
NFL draft scores big for Cleveland
