After being shut down for more than a year, museums across the world are beginning to show signs of reopening. Most architecture and design events that were scheduled for 2020 have been pushed a year or two, depending on the severity of the pandemic in their respective regions. But while museums are open to the public once again, administrators have installed numerous precaution measures to ensure the safety of visitors and curators, and to avoid potential re-closures.

TOKYO, March 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ On February 27, 2021, the Agency for Cultural Affairs opened a new art exhibit at Haneda and Narita Airports as part of their CULTURE GATE to JAPAN initiative. Multimedia artworks by eight groups of artists are now exhibited at the airports as well as online, with the aim of promoting the appeals of Japanese culture and sharing it with the world.
The theme of the exhibits at Haneda and Narita is VISION GATE . Under the curation of Paola ANTONELLI, these exhibits seek to explore the concept of vision from past to future, and its role as the foundation of Japanese culture.

Culture Summit Abu Dhabi has released the full program for its virtual fourth edition, which will be held under the theme, The Cultural Economy and the Economy of Culture,” Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.
Organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), the summit will take place on March 8-10. Attendance is free and open to the public, with registration now available on the Culture Summit website, WAM said.
