Frank Grillo to lead action thriller Hounds of War Hounds of War. Per Deadline, the film comes from Electric Entertainment with Lowell Dean ( Wolf Cop) directing from a script written by Jean Pierre Magro ( Blood On The Crown). Hounds of War focuses on “a group of mercenaries who take on jobs that are considered impossible. After a mission goes wrong due to a shocking betrayal, only one of them is left alive to avenge his fallen brothers.” Hounds of War will be a co-production between Trilight Entertainment and Jaggurnaught with Electric handling international sales of the film. Shayne Putzlocher is producing for Trilight alongside Magro, Pedja Miletic and Aaron Briffa for Jaggernaught. Grillo will also serve as an executive producer with Nika Finch and Polina Pushkareva. Sara Shaak of Anamorphic Media is producing and co-financing the production.
