Last April, Louis Goffinet, a 27-year-old middle school teacher from Mansfield, started grocery shopping for elderly neighbors who were afraid to go to the store at the start of the pandemic. More people needed help. He was spending his own money because some people needed financial help. He decided to start a Facebook fundraiser. He set a $200 limit.

Tonight, runners gathered outside Fleet Feet In his honor before a 2.23-mile \ Finish the Run\ event in his memory and to encourage the community to speak out against targeted violence against Black and Brown communities A group of local runners gathered Tuesday night at the Fleet Feet running store and ran 2.23 miles in memory of Ahmaud Arbery, who was killed on Feb. 23, 2020 while running in Georgia.
