Cast members of
Ms. Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries attended its premiere screening last night at the art deco Sun Theatre in Yarraville.
In attendance were stars Geraldine Hakewill and Joel Jackson plus Catherine McClements, Greg Stone, Toby Truslove, Louisa Mignone and Michala Banas, joined by Every Cloud producers Fiona Eagger and Deb Cox, and even author Kerry Greenwood (
Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries). There were even fans in attendance from interstate.
This season debuts on Acorn TV as its first Australian production.
Seasoned performer Catherine McClements spoke to the increase in local productions and striking a balance between the art and the work.
