Millionaires having been spending big on luxury apartments at the Crown Towers in the heart of Sydney, with celebrities like James Packer and Stu Laundy expected to call the residence home.
The luxury apartments inside James Packer s Crown Towers building have been snatched up by cashed up buyers for upwards of $20million.
The highest purchase price for a high-end apartment atop the Crown Hotel in Sydney s Barangaroo was $20,565,118 by Xiujuan Ma and Guohua Yan - breaking the previous $12million spent by the Cao and Xu family.
A whopping $120million has been forked out by nine buyers, including Asian-based French retail executive Georges Furone-Defforey who splashed $12.74m for one of the units, The Australian reported.
