Fall River, MA – Saint Anne’s Hospital, a Steward family hospital, has been awarded an ‘A’ for achieving the highest national standards in patient safety from The Leapfrog Group’s Spring 2021 Hospital Safety Grades. The designation recognizes Saint Anne’s efforts in protecting patients from harm and providing safer health care.
Saint Anne’s Hospital is one of only 27 hospitals in the United States to be awarded an “A” grade for every grading cycle since 2012.
“It starts with our culture,” said Michael Bushell, president of Saint Anne’s Hospital. “We have a great staff who share a commitment to our patients and to each other. We’ve built an environment aimed at making everyone feel supported in their work, and staff hold each other accountable for delivering safe patient care.”
