July 29, 2021 Carlton, OR, June 28, 2021 - Oregon premium wine producer Dusky Goose is pleased to announce the acquisition of a new location for its production facility, in Carlton, Oregon.  Oregon winemaking luminary and Dusky Goose’s longtime founding winemaker Lynn Penner-Ash will continue to oversee production and will be joined by newly appointed Winemaker Hans Van Dale.  The new production facility is located in downtown Carlton, Oregon and was previously home to Craft Wine Company.  METIS, the premier M&A advisory firm in the Pacific Northwest focused on the global adult beverage and hospitality industries, was the sole transaction advisor.
