Former After School member Lizzy snapped back at a malicious DM.
On March 17, Lizzy revealed a DM exchange she had with a malicious commenter, who sent her a slew of verbal abuse and stated, Sue me. Why aren t you doing it? So I can see you in court. She then responded, Apologize. You did something wrong. Don t do that to other people. I ll think about it then, but the netizen refused to apologize and responded with curse words. The netizen added, So? Isn t it normal for celebrities to commit suicide after suffering from malicious comments?
She then added evidence of her official legal action against the netizen in question along with the message,
In particular, Lizzy uploaded screenshots of her conversation with a hater from their dms, wherein it started with the hater calling her out and making fun of her name that contained abusive language. In the first screenshot, Lizzy wrote a caption,
Kid, don t you have anything to do?

On her second screenshot, the female actress then showed how the hater bombarded her with harsh words, saying, Isn t it? Your group got hit by KARA and Girls Generation (SNSD), implying that After School was overshadowed by the two mentioned groups.

In context, After School debuted in 2009, just two years after the two mentioned girl groups, which were launched in 2007, and the three were known to be the leading girl groups of the K-pop second-gen era.

The first female pastor in Bethel AME Church’s 125-year history, Rev. Carolyn C. Cavaness may serve 135 congregants in Ardmore. But her outreach has impacted as many as 3,000 a lot of them through the church’s community garden and the over 30 at-home versions she helped sprout during COVID-19’s first 50 days. “That’s my heart,” says Cavaness. “You walk by our garden at the church, and in the midst of death and destruction, we see life happening.”
