Letters: Signs salute

Letters: Signs salute To the editor: The GFWC Lincoln Woman’s Club would like to thank the many Logan County schools who supported our recent graduation sign fundraiser. Nine area schools ordered “Congratulations Graduate” signs to recognize and honor their newly graduated students. Working with Lincoln Printers, the signs were produced in each school’s colors and featured a photo of each student. LWC members planted the Lincoln Community High School graduates signs on the Logan County Courthouse lawn on the day of the 2021 Senior Parade. Many of the new graduates enjoyed posing by the signs after the parade’s end before taking them home. Other schools displayed their signs on the school driveway for several days to honor their graduates before students took them home to their own yards. Some displayed the signs on the school lawn on graduation day while several schools’ staff delivered the signs personally to the graduates’ homes.
