BARROW AFC are set for another reunion with former manager Ian Evatt today as Bolton Wanderers travel to Holker Street for a pre-season friendly. Saturday’s 3.00pm kick-off will give manager Mark Cooper another chance to test out his new squad and build match fitness. Last time out, Cooper used 20 different players, as Barrow drew 1-1 against Birmingham City, and he will no doubt be wanting to replicate that rotation with just one pre-season game to go after today. The Bluebirds will travel to Merseyside for their final friendly, ahead of their League Two opener against Stevenage, as they take Southport at Haig Avenue on July 31.
