Political divisions are high in the United States as former President Donald Trump’s second impeachment trial began Tuesday. And those divisions are felt in the Gateway City as well.

TAMIU announced Monday that seven of the university’s degree programs were highly recognized, including the Master of Business Administration in International Business Degree program that was ranked No. 1.
“Since the university s founding 50 years ago, generations of students have realized their higher education dreams, supported by TAMIU’s commitment to higher education excellence, accessibility and affordability,” TAMIU President Dr. Pablo Arenaz said. “These rankings, which highlight programs in four of TAMIU’s Colleges or Schools, serve to affirm our continued and lasting dedication to our mission.” ....

LISD Sabas Perez Early College and Cigarroa student Fidel Villarreal Hernandez was reached out to by SWUTCH music with a music record deal after the label heard his track “Penguin Dance” on his YouTube Channel.
When he heard the news, Hernandez said he was excited as the opportunity was a right step forward to his goal. His track is upbeat and catchy and fits into what one may hear at a rave or music festival. In fact, one of his goals is to play his music at the Tomorrowland Festival in Belgium. ....
