In view of the rapid rising growth in population in Rawalpindi district, officers of the population department have been tasked to enlist the services of religious scholars and civil society and conduct awareness sessions to educate the citizens about family planning.
The district administration has tasked the officials of the Population Welfare Department to contact scholars of different schools of thought to inform the citizens about family planning in the light of religious teachings.
