Drinkers in the cityâs eastern suburbs and the CBD are paying up to 20 per cent more for the same beer brands as patrons in the inner west and western Sydney.
Data from more than 100 Sydney venues compiled by me&u, a platform for ordering in pubs and bars using QR codes, shows the average price of a schooner of VB was cheapest in the inner west ($8.28), followed by the western Sydney ($9), eastern suburbs ($9.31) and the CBD ($9.56).
