Rochester man allegedly passed out driving in fatal crash

ROCHESTER Albert Crement, 62, was charged with negligent homicide in connection with a fatal crash this summer, city police announced Thursday.
The Aug. 22 crash on Chestnut Hill Road took the life of Tyler Webber, 28, of Rochester. Police allege Crement, who did not have a valid driver s license, was under the influence of illegal drugs and passed out behind the wheel of a U-Haul truck that crashed into a tree.
Crement, a Rochester resident, is facing charges of driving after revocation/suspension, possession of controlled drugs and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle in addition to negligent homicide.

ROCHESTER, N.H. A Rochester, New Hampshire man was arrested Wednesday and charged with negligent homicide after police say he was under the influence of drugs when he drove a U-Haul truck into a tree in August, killing his passenger.
Albert Crement, 62, was also charged with driving after revocation/suspension, possession of controlled drugs and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, Rochester police said in a release.
