Cops in Camden County are on the hunt for a man who they say robbed a bank that s inside of a busy supermarket Tuesday afternoon.
At about 1:10 PM, a man entered the Acme Supermarket on East Evesham Rd. in Runnemede, he went directly to the Citizens Bank branch that s inside the supermarket, and passed a note to the teller, says Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill Mayer. That note, according to authorities, demanded money in specific denominations and also threatened to shoot the teller if she did not comply.

A man reportedly entered the ACME Market in Runnemede about 1:10 p.m., went directly to the Citizens Bank inside the supermarket, and passed a threatening note to the teller, authorities said.
The man allegedly demanded cash in specific denominations and said he would shoot the teller if she did not comply, according to Camden County Prosecutor Jill Mayer and Runnemede Police Chief William Sampolski
The suspect was described as being white, about 6 feet tall, with a slim build, shaved head and blonde beard. He was wearing dark glasses and blue jeans, they said.

Philadelphia man charged in deadly N.J. hit-and-run after anonymous tip, officials say

A Philadelphia resident was charged in a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian in Camden County earlier this month, authorities said.
Gregory Graves, 40, faces counts of leaving the scene of a fatal accident, being involved in a fatal accident while having a suspended driver’s license and hindering apprehension or prosecution, Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Runnemede Police Chief Paul Dailey said in a statement Saturday night.
Police found the victim, Frederick Murray, 61, of Somerdale, suffering from multiple injuries on Jan. 3 at South Black Horse Pike and East Clements Bridge Road in Runnemede after being called to a pedestrian hit in the area, authorities said. Murray was rushed to an area hospital, where he died Jan. 11.
Police identified then charged a Philadelphia as the driver in a fatal hit-and-run incident in Runnemede on Jan. 3, Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Runnemede Police Chief Paul Dailey said.
According to Camden County officials, Mr. Gregory Graves, 40, of Philadelphia, is charged with one count of second-degree Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Accident, one count of third-degree Being Involved in a Fatal Accident with a Suspended License, and one count of third-degree Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution.
Authorities said in a statement, officers responded to the intersection of the S. Black Horse Pike and East Clements Bridge Rd. in Runnemede around 4:50 p.m. for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
