FORT WAYNE â Questa Education Foundation has released the names of students in its 2021 spring and summer graduating class.
The class includes 92 students from Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells and Whitley counties.
These Questa Scholars have received their associate, bachelorâs or masterâs degrees in various fields including business, computer engineering, criminal justice, education, mechanical engineering, and various medical fields, among others.
Questa Scholars receive low-interest forgivable loans that are up to 50% forgiven if they live and work in northeast Indiana for five years following graduation. An additional 25% of the total loan can be forgiven when they attend and graduate from one Questaâs regional partner institutions. In many cases, scholars are graduating with 75% of their Questa loans forgiven.

FKP Scorpio UK, a recently formed division of the European touring promoters FKP Scorpio, hires a raft of new talent to its expanding UK operation.
The FKP Scorpio UK office launched late last year with Daniel Ealam and Scott O’Neill heading up the concerts team and co-MDs Barry Campbell and James Cassidy overseeing special projects, and is led by by CEO Folkert Koopmans.
FKP Scorpio now has offices in Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Finland and Belgium.
Julie Morgan has been appointed as Head of Marketing – UK & European Touring. Morgan was previously the Head of Marketing & PR at SJM Concerts, where she worked for over 16 years.

The number of Chicago police raids on homes has steadily fallen since 2019, when officers conducted a bungled search on the apartment of Anjanette Young, who was naked and crying as she told them they were in the wrong place, according to a report today from City Hall’s inspector general.
In 2019, police searched 1,424 homes, compared with 523 in 2020.
A Winfield woman escaped serious injury in a one-vehicle wreck last Sunday.
According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, 44-year-old Rebecca Nichols lost control of the vehicle she was driving on South Locust Street in Winfield and the vehicle landed on its side in an adjacent creek. Nichols was unable to free herself from the vehicle and had to be extricated by rescue workers.
The extent of her injuries was unknown, but Nichols was examined by medical personnel onsite and later released to her residence. No charges have been filed and damage to the vehicle was estimated at over $5000.
