The seat, which opened up as the result of the Jan. 17 death of Dave Arnold, is set to be filled in a special election scheduled for May 18. That date coincides with the primary election. The winner of the seat – which represents a district that includes all of Lebanon County and parts of Dauphin and York counties – will serve the remainder of Arnold’s term which expires Nov. 30, 2022. ....
