Lenoir-Rhyne Track and Field Competes at Liberty Twilight Qualifier

Several school records fell in the Men’s 100m, 200m, 4x100m relay, 400m hurdles, and Long Jump at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier Wednesday afternoon.
On the women’s side, Jordan Shealey placed 8th in the 200m dash with a time of 25.81. Shealey also had a strong performance in the 100m finishing 6th place with a time of 12.24. Taylor Meadows then placed 5th in the 400m dash with a time of 59.24. Adie Bjerkness then placed 9th in the 800m run with 2:19.21. Kylie Dahlberg then placed 10th in the 1500m run with a time of 4:45.98. Leticia Venancio would continue the momentum placing 4th in the 100m hurdle with a 15.15. Kennedy Conner also paced just behind Venancio in 7th with a time of 16.07. Holly Kone also added a strong performance placing 5th in the 200m dash with a time of 25.48.
