LAKE BLUFF, IL Police in Michigan have found an abandoned car believed to have been rented by a Lake Bluff man missing for more than 10 days.
Russell Ulrey, 46, was last seen on the afternoon April 18 around the Lake Bluff Public Library, according to Lake Bluff police. Ulrey might be on a blue metallic bicycle, police said.
Ulrey is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 160 pounds with salt-and-pepper colored hair, police said. He may be wearing a blue baseball cap with Lake Bluff written on it and carrying an orange messenger bag.
