March 16 (Interfax) - Apple has agreed with Russia s Telecom and Mass Communications Ministry on the means to comply with the country s law on the mandatory pre-installation of Russian apps on devices, Anton Gorelkin, a member of the State Duma Committee on Information policy, IT and Communications, said on Tuesday.
