These are the neighbours whose horrific actions made them such a nightmare that their behaviour landed them in front of a judge.
One court heard of two homophobic neighbours who threatened a man with a meat cleaver, a claw hammer and a boiling kettle.

A child rapist, a puppy farmer and a racist who spouted vile abuse at Pontins have been spared jail this month.
These are the people who came before the courts but were given a chance by judges and magistrates and weren t sent straight to jail.
Instead these offenders were handed either a suspended sentence or a community sentence, with their punishment managed outside of jail.
