If you have some memories of Mountain Top that you would like to share, the Mountain Top Historical Society would like to hear from you.
The society will be working with students from the Kingâs College Mass Communications Department over coming months to create a âMemories of Mountain Topâ oral history.
Steve McGinnis, president of the historical society, told me the project is something the group has discussed for several years. It finally got going when his daughter, Maggie Rowlands, who works in the Kingâs College admissions department, suggested the project might be something a professor might be interested in having a class undertake.
