A former swim coach accused of sexually assaulting young girls at a North Sydney pool is moving house as he awaits a second trial, a court has been told.
Kyle Daniels, who worked as an instructor at the Mosman Swim Centre, was arrested in March 2019 and hit with charges relating to nine girls he was accused of sexually abusing during lessons in 2018 and 2019.
The 22-year-old denies any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to 26 charges before a seven-week trial that began in November 2020.

The retrial of a Sydney swimming coach accused of sexually assaulting eight young girls will get underway in October.
Kyle James Henk Daniels, 22, was ordered to undergo a retrial after a jury was unable to reach a verdict last December on 21 of the 26 charges initially laid against him by NSW Police.
Daniels was cleared by the jury of five charges after a high-profile eight-week trial.
Those five charges related to one girl, aged seven, and included accusations Daniels had indecently assaulted and had sexual intercourse with the child.
His barrister Leslie Nicholls and Crown Prosecutor Karl Prince returned before Judge Kara Shead in the NSW District Court on Monday to set the trial down for October 11.

His superiors observed his next class and noted his hands on approach, adding that he appeared too friendly with children in his class.
All instructors were given direction on the correct way to behave, handle and teach the children in their care.

Ever since Kyle James Henk Daniels was led out of his family s home in handcuffs in early 2019, there has been an intense fascination with his case.
A star sportsman and former prefect at Sydney s prestigious Knox Grammar school, Daniels was accused of sexually touching young girls while working as a swim coach on the lower north shore.
The allegations were confronting, including claims he had pushed one girl s private parts so hard it hurt.
Another young girl complained that Daniels finger felt like a worm inside her.
In total, the tall and tanned 22-year-old was charged with sexually assaulting nine young girls he taught at Mosman Swim Centre in 2018 and 2019.
