The Committee on Standards in Public Life has maintained an active watching brief on measures implemented to combat bullying and harassment in Parliament over the past two years. This letter is the Committee’s submission to the independent review of the Independent Complaints and Grievances Scheme (ICGS), which was established to process and investigate complaints under Parliament’s new Behaviour Code.
