A trial date has been set for early 2022 for a woman charged with three counts of drug possession. At an arraignment hearing Tuesday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan, 42-year-old Lyndi Crippen pleaded “not guilty” to Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine; Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance- Alprazolam. District Court Judge John Fenn scheduled a number two stack three-day jury trial to begin on January 3, 2022 and set the pretrial conference for December 2 at 9:30 am. The number two stack means there is one other jury trial scheduled on the same date that would take precedence as it is the number one stack trial.
