TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) Restaurant Revitalization Grants from the Small Business Administration can help local restaurants adversely affected by the pandemic, and applications will be available beginning Monday at noon.
The West Central Indiana Small Business Development Center is helping local restaurants determine their eligibility and what documents are needed to apply. It is a $28 billion program that is open for all restaurants.
“It’s all about your losses throughout, between 2019 and 2020. One thing that’s different with this is businesses that opened,” said Courtney Chipol, Regional Director for the West Central Indiana Small Business Development Center. “Restaurants, food trucks that have opened recently, can still apply for this and that’s been different. The other recovery programs weren’t like that.”

WABASH VALLEY, (WTHI) - All across the Wabash Valley, restaurants will receive some financial assistance to recover from last year s losses. News 10 spoke with one local restaurant owner. He says this is a great opportunity to help local establishments thrive again.
Scout Wrin is the owner of Scout s Pizzeria in Downtown Terre Haute. He says the pandemic greatly impacted his business and so many others in the area.

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - A window is opening for establishments to apply for money to aid in the pandemic recovery process and the West Central Indiana Small Business Development Center is urging local owners to act quickly.
The Regional Director of the West Central Indiana Small Business Development Center, Courtney Chipol, says funding is available for businesses that had losses during the pandemic, as well as businesses that launched during the pandemic. Chipol tells News 10 there s a wider expense eligibility list than what has been allowed with previous recovery funds. The money can be used through March of 2023.
