Taste of Waterville to be held at Head of Falls

‘Taste of Waterville’ to be held at Head of Falls Share The 28th annual Taste of Waterville, an adult-focused experience highlighting the area’s ethnicity and diversity, is to be held from noon to 11 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, at Head of Falls on Front Street, along the Kennebec River. Taste of Waterville will include a variety of food, cultural and culinary booths, along with music, cash beer/wine gardens and brew samples. There will be no children’s events this year. Vendor booths will feature a diverse array of culinary-focused items including wooden bowls, charcuterie boards, food storage products, olive oil, kitchen items, and jams.
